Abstract: The purpose of this research was to develop the best regression model to explain the aggregate Wins Above Replacement (WAR) of Baseball America's Top 30 prospects in the eight subsequent seasons following their prospect ranking. The author explains the process from determining the independent variables and data collection to evaluating the fit and selecting the best model. Ultimately, sixty-three models were developed in order to complete the best-subsets approach to model building.--p.18
